Career Internship Program EXPERIENCE & EXPLORE THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY
Sedbergh Vietnam grade 12 students had 7 days to directly observe and experience the restaurant industry at An Re Mai Sen Restaurant.
At Sedbergh Vietnam, in addition to activities and learning programs that help unleash abilities and nurture strengths, students are also allowed to directly experience the fields they are interested in through the Internship program. Periodically every year, the Internship program for 12th grade students is organized. Sedbergh Vietnam students had a week of studying and participating in the daily life and work processes of professions in many different fields. In the field of Restaurant & Hotel, 12th-grade students had the opportunity to visit the spaces and working methods at An Re Mai Sen Restaurant.
Anre Maisen Restaurant is a vocational training centre for Vietnamese youth to become Chefs and Restaurant Professionals.
“Leading the way” for future seeds, teachers representing Sedbergh Vietnam – BCIS also had a visit and exchange at An Re Restaurant. During the internship, the Wolf House not only learn from teachers at the company, but they also receive answers and encouragement from the School.
These experiences contribute to finding answers about children’s interests and suitability for a specific field. From there, members of the Wolf Family have more specific directions for the final stage before entering University.
