JCI DEBATING & PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST 2025 – SEDBERGH VIETNAM SHINES AT A NATIONAL STAGE FOR YOUNG LEADERS

The 2025 National English Debating & Public Speaking Contest, organized by JCI East Saigon and the Global Leaders Academy, continues to serve as an academic platform that empowers young people to sharpen critical thinking, persuasive communication, and leadership skills in an international setting.



This year, Sedbergh Vietnam students delivered outstanding performances, proudly achieving:
1st Runner-Up – Public Speaking: Viet Khue (Siro), Grade 6A
3rd Place – Debating (Team The Scrooges) includingLinh Dan (Amy) -Grade 6A, Gia Huy (Andrew) – Grade 6A, Ngoc Diep (Doozie) – Grade 9.2

In addition, several Sedbergh Vietnam students advanced to the Knockout Round in both categories – a strong reflection of their growing academic maturity, English proficiency, and confidence in structured argumentation.
