PROUD TO BECOME THE FIRST K12 SCHOOL IN VIETNAM TO ENTER A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH SEE LEARNING

Initiated by Emory University in 2015, built on more than two decades of cross-cultural academic collaboration, and now implemented through a network spanning over 41 countries, SEE Learning is an educational framework grounded in research on social and emotional learning. The programme has also received the highest rating from CASEL, a leading authority in the field of social and emotional learning and an organisation that has reviewed SEL programmes since 2003.
Starting from the 2026 – 2027 academic year, Sedbergh Vietnam will integrate this framework into part of its curriculum. This also clearly reflects the School’s direction in fostering holistic student development, where emotional intelligence, empathy, and responsible behaviour goes hand in hand with academic excellence.
At the heart of SEE Learning is a whole-school approach to student mental wellbeing. In this model, mental wellbeing becomes part of the school’s everyday educational structure. For Sedbergh Vietnam, this creates a stronger foundation for sustainable academic growth. When students are supported in the right way emotionally and psychologically, they are better equipped to persevere in learning, respond to pressure with greater resilience, and grow with stronger judgement and behaviour.
